In compliance with GDPR, CCPA and Meta Developer Data Policies, you may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

By email

  1. Email privacy@audiencegraph.io from the address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line Request for Data Deletion.
  3. Include your full name and any associated account identifiers.

Via Meta (Facebook)

  1. Open your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Apps and Websites and find Audience Graph.
  4. Select Remove.
  5. Tick the box to delete posts, videos or events Audience Graph posted to your timeline, then confirm.

14business days to process a deletion request. You receive confirmation once your data is erased from our databases and identity graphs.
