Audience Graph provides users with full control over their personal data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta Developer Data Policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
If you have connected your Meta/Facebook account to Audience Graph, or simply wish to delete all your account data from our servers, follow these steps:
- Send an email to privacy@audiencegraph.io from the email address associated with your account.
- In the subject line, write: "Request for Data Deletion".
- In the email body, please include your full name and any associated account identifiers (such as username).
Deleting App Connection via Meta (Facebook)
You can also sever the connection between your Meta/Facebook account and our app and request deletion of the gathered data:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
- Click on "Settings".
- Select "Apps and Websites" and find "Audience Graph".
- Click "Remove".
- Check the box to delete posts, videos, or events Audience Graph posted on your timeline, and click "Remove".
